FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Take a look at our list of frequently asked questions in order to help you better prepare and plan for your axe throwing visit.
Due to COVID-19, we are running abbreviated hours and a reduced number of axe throwing lanes and as a consequence, a shortened schedule. We are currently open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.
What Exactly Is
Alright. Let’s get it out of the way. Axe throwing isn’t a hipster thing or a bearded dude in flannel thing. People have been throwing axes for generations. From their back yard in the North Georgia mountains to the back yards of their castle in the Scottish highlands. That’s right. Castles.
Think of it like darts. But with axes.
In a nutshell, you throw axes at a target. The closer your axe gets to the bullseye, the more points you rack up. You can play as individuals or as teams. We even host leagues and private groups.
The best part is you need no experience. Each session comes with a tutorial and safety walk through from one of our trained axe throwers. They’ll be nearby during your entire session to answer questions, help explain score keeping, and make sure you have an amazing and safe experience.
